Job summary

You will manage a team of maintenance specialists, apply preventive maintenance, develop budgets, conduct audits, and coordinate with suppliers and project teams.

A strong background in CMMS and SAP is required; 8+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in people management.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
2+ years of experience in people management.
Experience with CMMS Systems.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team under pressure.
Plan work schedules and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the maintenance plan and strategy to deliver reliability and on time execution.
Provide input to the local Maintenance plan and related goals (production capacity, critical maintenance schedule).
Build functional strategies locally through deployment of operational plans.
Develop a maintenance strategy based on equipment criticality (ABC).
Lead a team of maintenance specialists and ensure preventive maintenance programs.
