Job summary

St.-Paul-Beverage-Solutions-Bevso is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and mentor a team responsible for reliable plant equipment and compliant operations.

You will prioritize daily jobs, oversee pass-downs, and drive predictive and preventive maintenance using ERP/CMMS, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent, 2–5 years’ maintenance leadership, and strong communication to coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in maintenance with leadership experience.
• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.
• Licenses or certificates in electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign daily jobs and supervise maintenance staff.
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Use ERP/CMMS to plan tasks with time, parts, and descriptions.
• Ensure staff understand work practices and safety procedures.
• Assist maintenance manager with PMs and repairs.
• Support root cause analysis and capital projects.
• Maintain records in databases and CMMS.
