Job summary

Rich Products Corporation, a global bakery and foodservice leader, seeks a Maintenance Group Leader to oversee safe maintenance, repair and efficiency across the plant when the supervisor is off shift.

You will supervise shift mechanics, manage PMs, monitor parts, coordinate with QA and Sanitation, and ensure compliance with safety, food safety and GMP standards while driving uptime and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS degree or GED.
• 3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization.
• 5 years industrial mechanic experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, food allergens and pest control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assigns daily maintenance activities to shift mechanics and reprioritizes as needed.
• Supervises all shift maintenance activities to meet production needs.
• Ensures maintenance program adherence with safety and interdepartmental coordination.
• Manages spare parts inventories and authorized purchases up to $750.
• Coordinates with QA and Sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
