Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide maintenance technicians and porters across assigned properties. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready preparations to ensure timely leasing and compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, leadership, and the ability to travel between properties. A high school diploma, EPA 608 cert, and exposure to CAMT are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training certs are a plus.
• Three years overseeing maintenance buildings and teams.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks each morning and communicate with PMs and support centers.
• Lead maintenance staff; diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Manage make-ready process and ensure units turn within five business days.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and prepare for inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; comply with SOPs and OSHA regs.
