Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent validation of HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred for safety.
• CPO beneficial for pool maintenance where applicable.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses advantageous depending on state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and ensure safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
