Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience and training.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and basic math for documents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose issues in community.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and arrange vendors.
• Set maintenance standards for grounds and interiors to Greystar quality.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
