The candidate should have 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or chemical setting, with a high school diploma and technical education preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial/chemical environments preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct hourly employees to achieve tasks that impact overall results.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
• Lead problem identification, problem solving and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Manage a 10-20 employee department to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
