Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance in our manufacturing facility and lead a dynamic team. You will ensure on-time, safe, and compliant maintenance across equipment, with a focus on reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and manage the maintenance budget. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or mining.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• English language required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience with CMMS and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and mentor technicians.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Monitor equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Manage inventory of parts and coordinate with procurement.
• Document work orders, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on improvements.
• Assist budgeting and cost control for maintenance.
• All other reasonable duties assigned.
