Accounting Search is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing in Lakewood, NJ. The role leads a full maintenance team on packaging lines, coaching staff and ensuring operational uptime on a 24/7 basis.

You will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager and shift leads to optimize performance and achieve production goals in a FDA-regulated environment.

Competenze

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (pharma/food/beverage).
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
