Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing site in Lakewood, NJ. You will lead a full maintenance team on a 24/7 basis, coaching staff, ensuring safety, and coordinating resources for packaging lines.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, within an FDA-regulated environment. Local candidates preferred; relocation support may apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred when available.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficient in Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; promote high performance and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance resources; manage urgent mechanical/electrical issues.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and Lean initiatives.
