The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing, with experience in FDA-regulated settings, PLC troubleshooting, PM programs, and continuous improvement. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, food, beverage).
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting; root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in packaging; coach and mentor staff.
• Promote safety culture; enforce policies; conduct field audits.
• Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance resources for lines.
• Drive maintenance KPIs and preventive maintenance programs; support Lean.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.
