Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility. This role leads a 24/7 maintenance team on the packaging lines, coaching mechanics and coordinating urgent mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize downtime.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, drive safety and continuous improvement, and manage external contractors as needed. The position requires FDA-regulated environment experience and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for leading a 24/7 maintenance team in a packaging area
• Coordinate, schedule, and assign maintenance resources for packaging lines
• Promote safety culture and enforce plant safety policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPI tracking
• Mentor and coach mechanics; manage external vendors and contractors
