Key People in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coach mechanics, enforce safety policies, and coordinate resources to keep packaging lines running efficiently.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, root cause investigations, and adherence to FDA-regulated manufacturing standards while offering premier benefits and bonus potential.

Formación

• Associate's degree is required; bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• At least five years of similar maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in FDA regulated manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems experience.
• Strong continuous improvement background, focused on increasing uptime and efficiencies.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Directly responsible for building a high-performing, 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and enforces plant safety policies; conducts daily field audits.
• Coordinates, schedules, and assigns maintenance resources for packaging lines; manages work progress.
• Owns KPIs related to maintenance, supports Lean manufacturing principles, and leads root cause investigations.
• Maintains flexibility to work any shift and weekends to support operations.
