Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Strong English communication, bilingual Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification preferred.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Replace filters and clean air vents; maintain sprinklers.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Make-ready refurbishing of apartments prior to occupancy.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain records of PM and inventories.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and basic custodial tasks.
• Report hazardous conditions and support on-call coverage.
