Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, train new staff, and coordinate with vendors while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with local codes and company policies. A valid driver’s license and EPA/PO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred and OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Experience in property maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new maintenance staff.
• Manage work orders and routine upkeep, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Inspect work and coordinate with vendors to meet quality standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and assist in budgeting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with policies and codes.
• Support cost-saving measures and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; weekend coverage as needed.
