Qualifications

• Experience in Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor roles for multifamily communities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
• EPA HVAC refrigerant handling certification required or obtainable.
• CPO certification or ability to obtain within company requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the on-site maintenance team.
• Prioritize daily maintenance, service requests, and make-ready schedules.
• Ensure move-in readiness within timelines and standards.
• Perform and oversee repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct inspections and manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relations.
• Use property management software to track work orders and communicate with residents.
