You should have apartment maintenance and make-readies experience, basic plumbing and electrical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. On-site staff housing provides a 40% rent discount and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience with make-readies.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, painting, drywall.
• Ability to complete apartment turns efficiently with quality.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and maintenance software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Apartment Make-Readies: prepare vacant homes with minor repairs and painting.
• Resident Service Requests: respond to work orders with quality repairs.
• General Maintenance: troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues.
• Preventive Maintenance: inspect and maintain systems regularly.
• Community Upkeep: maintain common areas and amenities.
• Teamwork: coordinate with Service Manager and teammates.
• Emergency Maintenance: participate in on-call rotation.
• Technology: track work orders via apps and software.
