Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Georgetown, TX to lead and elevate our maintenance team across multiple apartment communities. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality living environments for residents.

You will oversee all maintenance operations, handle advanced repairs, inspections, and preventative programs, while coordinating resources and managing on-call rotations with a focus on cost control and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience including HVAC/plumbing/electrical work.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication with team and residents.
• Ability to follow maintenance policies and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with PPE and SDS responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, functionality, and curb appeal of properties.
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure resident safety.
