You will diagnose and repair systems, lead maintenance projects, and drive timely service requests to provide residents with an outstanding living experience.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 3+ years in maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certification (CFC) required or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Assist with organizing work orders and complete maintenance tasks promptly.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnover work.
• Mentor and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and routine inspections.
• Maintain safety culture per Vivmark policies.
