Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC in Allen, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance responsible for the overall maintenance of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. This role includes performing repairs in resident apartments and assisting in preparing units for rent (make-ready).

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and custodial tasks, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and proper documentation; on-call coverage and travel within the metro area may be

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or related trades.
• Strong verbal and written English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Replace filters and clean air vents; maintain sprinkler systems.
• Perform HVAC repairs and light electrical/plumbing work.
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (make-ready).
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain records of work orders.
