You will lead with supervision, maintaining service quality and professional representation of the company.

The role emphasizes 5-star customer service, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train teammates while coordinating with supervisors to meet daily site needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• 1+ year of lead experience preferred, or the equivalent of professional experiences.
• Ability to work assigned hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer-based systems or ability to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive inbound mail and sort; input into chain of custody software.
• Operate mail machines (postage meter, photocopier, mail folding/inserting).
• Maintain records of receipts and mailing dates.
• Distribute mail to personnel and act as contact for inquiries.
• Train back-up staff and provide guidance on policies.
