Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Loss Prevention to lead daily loss prevention operations at a Fort Worth facility. You will supervise coordinators and officers, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to security standards and inventory controls.

You will identify, investigate, and resolve asset variances, perform inventories, and implement controls to minimize loss. Strong leadership, CCTV familiarity, and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Prior lead, shift-lead, or informal supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loss prevention operations for a facility/shift.
• Supervise coordinators and officers and act as primary incident response contact.
• Ensure floor-level execution of investigation, inventory control, and security standards.
• Conduct asset identification, tagging, and tracking for accountability.
• Perform periodic inventories and audits across facilities.
• Investigate missing, damaged, or misused assets and coordinate corrective actions.
• Implement controls to reduce asset loss, theft, and damage.
• Oversee accountability for assets, sign-out, assignment, and transfer procedures.
• Reconcile physical inventories with fixed asset registers and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) during shifts.
• Document investigations into theft and suspicious activity; manage incidents.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Manager.
• Maintain complete case files per company protocol.
• Communicate daily activity, incidents, and risks to management.
• Coordinate with Operations on floor-level security and inventory issues.
• Maintain shift logs and incident reports.
