Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years loss prevention experience.
• Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software.
• Knowledge of retail security camera equipment/CCTV.
• Maintain state guard certification per state law and cover fees unless noted.
• Dependable team player with customer service focus.
• Flexible to work any shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters.
• Recover assets and make safe apprehensions.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies on apprehensions, searches and preserving evidence.
• Prepare incident reports for theft, recoveries and related activities.
• Testify in court concerning criminal or civil cases.
• Perform other related duties as required.
