Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Loss Prevention to provide administrative and operational support for the facility loss prevention function.

You will assist with audits, reporting, camera system upkeep, and investigation support under the Supervisor's guidance. The role serves as an entry point into the loss prevention career path, with duties spanning asset protection, inventory control, security systems, and compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in an administrative, security, retail loss prevention, or related support role.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CCTV/Access control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in asset identification, tagging, numbering, and tracking standards for clear accountability.
• Assist in conducting periodic inventories and asset verification audits.
• Identify and investigate missing or misused assets and coordinate corrective action.
• Assist in implementing controls to reduce asset loss and unauthorized use.
• Ensure accountability for employees and locations handling assets and manage sign-out procedures.
• Reconcile physical assets with the fixed asset register and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor CCTV and flag suspicious activity for the Supervisor.
• Maintain investigation case files and activity logs.
• Support interviews and statement-taking under supervision.
