Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Loss Prevention to lead day-to-day LP operations for a facility.

You will supervise LP Coordinators, act as the primary incident response contact, and ensure floor-level adherence to investigation, inventory control, and security standards. You will conduct asset verification, enforce controls to reduce loss, manage security systems, and coordinate with HR and Safety for policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Lead/shift-lead or informal supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Loss Prevention Coordinators and officers on shift.
• Serve as primary incident response contact during assigned hours.
• Maintain accurate case files and incident reports following policy.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems during shift.
• Investigate theft, loss, or policy violations and escalate to Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with operations to enforce security and inventory controls.
• Assist in floor-level security compliance and safety training.
• Document shift activity and risks for daily reporting.
