Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Loss Prevention Coordinator to monitor and maintain the loss prevention program at an assigned facility. You will investigate accidents and security incidents, report findings, and coordinate with the Loss Prevention Director/Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing security at the site, managing budget, training officers, and enforcing access control. Strong English skills and prior supervisory experience are required, with knowledge of MS

Qualifications

• Requires above average ability to read, write, and speak English, prepare reports, and follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Certification in CPR/first aid.
• Ability to act independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiarization with logistical tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments from Loss Prevention Director/Manager.
• Oversees all aspects of security/loss prevention at assigned facility.
• Manages budget at assigned facility.
• Works with lead of assigned security staff to ensure proper scheduling/training.
• Maintain membership of facility’s emergency organization.
• Control access to facilities.
• Respond to and manage accident/incident scenes.
• Conduct fire/life safety and security inspections.
• Monitor electronic equipment including access control, CCTV.
• Greet employees, visitors, customers and enforce access procedures.
• Provide training to assigned officers.
• Determine schedule requirements for a site.
• Monitor attendance policy and report violations.
• Ensure security posts have supplies.
• Suspend or perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Monitor employee activity to prevent loss.
