You will supervise coordinators and officers, serve as the incident-response contact during assigned hours, and ensure consistent floor-level execution of investigations, inventory control, and security standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Experience leading a shift or informal supervisory capacity preferred.
• Solid investigative fundamentals and documentation skills.
• Ability to train and coach entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loss prevention operations for a facility or shift.
• Supervise Loss Prevention Coordinators and officers.
• Be primary incident-response contact during assigned hours.
• Execute asset identification, tagging, and lifecycle tracking.
• Perform regular inventories and reconcile assets with records.
• Investigate missing, damaged, or misappropriated assets and coordinate actions.
• Implement controls to reduce asset loss and improper use.
• Maintain accountability for assets, sign-out, and transfers.
• Document investigations and manage security incidents.
• Escalate complex cases to the Manager and maintain case files.
• Collaborate with Operations on security and inventory issues.
• Provide input on process improvements based on field observations.
