Live Nation Entertainment in New York City is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations for Live Nation-operated and third-party venues regionally. This role requires coordinating with operations, talent management and finance to ensure successful events across clubs, theaters, arenas and stadiums.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production management, strong leadership under pressure, and experience managing 75+ shows annually with some regional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience across varied venue types and event scales.
• Proven project management and planning expertise with the ability to manage multiple events.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure and with limited information.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Experience procuring vendors and managing staff, services, and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-stage, backstage, technical, and site planning aspects of events.
• Advance and obtain key technical information including venue specs, production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.
• Develop and maintain production documents such as site drawings, on-sale layouts, timelines and schedules.
• Manage production elements across venues of varying sizes and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead multiple projects from planning through execution with on-site presence from load-in to load-out.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and senior leadership via meetings, calls, and emails.
• Foster interdepartmental coordination and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Support site operations including power, heavy equipment, crowd control, and permits.
• Track and assist with budget management for assigned responsibilities.
• Contribute to event debriefs and provide recommendations for future improvements.
