Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking a Production Manager to oversee on-stage, backstage and site planning for 50+ events annually. You will coordinate with clients, venues and vendors, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

The role demands multi-project ownership, strong leadership and travel to site locations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production management, proficiency with Vectorworks (AutoCAD welcome) and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Detailed project management/planning experience required.
• Production management experience (3+ years) required.
• Vectorworks knowledge; AutoCAD experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on-stage, backstage, and site planning details of events.
• Develop and maintain production documents, layouts, timelines and riders.
• Advance and obtain technical information, venue details and production needs.
• Ensure all production elements are executed on time and on budget.
• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, including on-site presence.
