Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support on-stage, backstage, and show settlement duties at Live Nation venues. The role focuses on coordinating between tours, venue teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in event production, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event-based production experience.
• Live music/venue operations knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/client production and LN venue; obtain presale technical information and rider requirements.
• Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue production teams for show requirements.
• Manage day-of-show activities from load-in to load-out with focus on service, timing, and cost containment.
• Assist PM with show accounting, vendor payments, and budget tracking.
