Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Production Manager to coordinate between tours, clients and LN venues, ensuring all stage, technical, and show needs are met. You will manage load-in/out, supervise crew, and support show accounting while maintaining quality and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years in live event production, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments with a heavy emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event-based production with live music focus.
• Knowledge of venue operations and touring preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/client production and LN venue.
• Advance presale technical information, rider requirements, staging changes.
• Interface with vendors, tours, clients and venue teams for show needs.
• Day-of-show management from load-in to load-out.
• Assist production manager with show accounting and vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Onboard and train production staff.
