Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Manager to oversee on-site and back-stage operations for 50+ events annually. You will coordinate with venues, talent, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality productions while managing budgets and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years in production management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Vectorworks or AutoCAD. Some travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on-stage, backstage, and site planning details of events.
• Develop and maintain production docs, site drawings, layouts, timelines.
• Advance and obtain technical information from venues and crews.
• Ensure all production elements meet quality and budget standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments and vendors.
• Oversee production staff including stage, lighting, audio, video, and backline.
• Assist with site operations: power, traffic, sanitation, permits.
• Help track budgets and duties for assigned tasks.
• Manage multiple projects from load-in to show.
• Foster a positive planning environment and proactive risk mitigation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Ensure clear interdepartmental communication and meeting follow-ups.
