Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s New York City Production Department seeks a Production Manager to oversee production operations for venues across the region. You will coordinate with operations, talent management, and finance, liaising with clients, planners, performers, venues, vendors, unions, and stakeholders to ensure event success and high-quality delivery.

The role handles 75+ shows annually with travel within the region, requiring leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience across varied venue types and event scales.
• Proven project management and planning expertise with ability to manage multiple events.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-stage, backstage, technical, and site planning aspects of events.
• Advance venue specs, production needs, rider requirements, staging, and capacity changes.
• Develop and maintain production documents (site drawings, layouts, timelines).
• Produce events across clubs, theaters, arenas, and stadiums.
• Manage technical production elements (stage, sound, video, lighting, backline, labor).
• Support site operations (power, heavy equipment, traffic, crowd control, permits).
• Track and assist with budget management for assigned responsibilities.
