Qualifications

• Two+ years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• English reading/writing/oral proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders and standards.
• Start food items prepared ahead of time ensuring correct portions.
• Train, motivate, supervise kitchen staff and uphold standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Date, rotate and store perishables; monitor stock and costs.
• Follow Four Seasons’ conduct rules and collaborate with team.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist in prep work for vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift.
