Qualifications

• 3 years of culinary experience or formal culinary education required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items per kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top, and blast chiller as required.
• Conduct preliminary preparation work in a timely manner.
• Maintain ingredient supply levels and par levels in assigned station.
• Move items from shelves to carts for restocking and transport to stations.
• Ensure sanitary and organized work areas and proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow proper zoning and storage procedures for products and equipment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through proper storage and handling of perishables.
• Prepare food products according to standard recipes and leadership training.
