Qualifications

- 1–3 years experience as a line cook.
- Must obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items and maintain proper temperatures.
- Season and garnish according to standards.
- Prepare soups and sauces.
- Keep the cooking area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Maintain inventory and order food daily.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Monitor performance relative to local competition.
