Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts courses or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years experience as a line cook.
• Must obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Season and garnish according to standards.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep the cooking area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Maintain inventory and order food daily.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
