Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Line Cook III in a fast-paced kitchen in Hanover, MD. You will prepare and cook foods from standardized recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and work closely with culinary teammates to ensure timely, high-quality plates.

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
- Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by MSLA or Live operating standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce from standardized recipes.
- Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
- Ensure stations are prepared to meet anticipated levels of business.
- Complete daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines.
- Handle high-volume cooking and plating with consistent quality.
- Work with kitchen staff to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and supervision requirements.
- Promote teamwork and quality service across departments.
