Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking a Line Cook III to deliver an exceptional dining experience by preparing and cooking all menu items with advanced culinary skill, precision, and consistency.

You will support multiple stations and help maintain seamless kitchen operations during high-volume service. You will work safely and professionally to ensure every dish reflects our culinary standards and brand values while collaborating with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction and timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
• Three+ years’ experience as a line cook.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by MSLA or Live’s standards.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food as directed.
• Prepare stations for daily business and assist teammates.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high‑quality service.
