Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Cook III to join Pier Sixty-Six Resort's culinary team. You will be integral in creating distinctive and authentic culinary experiences for our guests in a high-volume environment.

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will prepare and cook per recipes, regulate oven temperatures, maintain food logs, and ensure portion control and quality. The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and a technical or vocational degree.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Must have a technical, trade or vocational school degree or experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships to reach team goals.
• Prepare meals or substitute items as directed.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grills, and roasters temperatures.
• Maintain proper food portions, garnish, and logs.
• Inform Chef of excess items for daily specials.
• Follow recipes and quality standards.
