Salted at 777 Oak St SW Atlanta, GA 30310 is hiring a Lead Line Cook to join our large, delivery-first restaurant group. This full-time role offers AM/PM shifts and weekend work with an hourly pay range based on experience.

You will lead kitchen operations, maintain sanitation, train staff, and collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Minimum 2 years cooking plus 1 year of leadership required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Solid culinary foundation including knife prep and flat-top cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food per Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver dining experiences.
• Own opening, closing, and shift hand-offs.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Foster team harmony and resolve minor conflicts.
