Job summary

Salted Restaurant Group is hiring a Lead Line Cook at our Pasadena location. The role involves preparing food items per recipes, portioning, cooking, and controlling waste, while training staff and managing opening/closing and shift hand-offs.

Adherence to sanitation and safety standards is required, and you will coordinate with the virtual FOH team for order details. The position offers an hourly rate of $22-$24, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Requirements

• A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example.
• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
• Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
