Job summary

Salted Restaurant Group in Culver City is seeking a Lead Line Cook to prepare items consistently according to recipes, manage portions, and control waste. You will train staff and own opening/closing procedures while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced kitchen skills including knife/prep work and sauté.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines.

Lead Line Cook Responsibilities

• Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
• Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
