Job summary

Adobe is seeking an innovative Benefits Leader to transform Leave of Absence and related programs. You will drive strategy, design, and measurement across US & Canada from our San Francisco or San Jose offices, partnering with Payroll, Legal, HR Partners and Finance.

Responsibilities include managing multi-year plans, vendor relations, and program compliance while delivering a world-class employee experience. A CBP/CEBS certification and 7+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; additional years of experience may substitute education.
7+ years of progressive benefit program management experience in leave administration or related fields.
Experience with ERISA, ADA, HIPAA and state/federal leave regulations preferred.
Experience managing complex multi-state benefit programs and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead benefits program management including strategic goals, planning, benchmarking and budget oversight.
Partner with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, Risk and Finance to deliver programs.
Manage compliance activities and ensure adherence to leave laws and company policies.
Oversee day-to-day leave administration, vendor management and training materials for managers.
