Job summary

Adobe is seeking a senior Benefits Program Manager to lead the Leave of Absence, Disability, Life, and Time Off programs. This role coordinates with Payroll, Legal, HR Business Partners, Risk, and Finance to design, implement, and measure value-driven benefits across the US and Canada.

Based in the US, the position will be located in the San Francisco or San Jose area and requires strong regulatory knowledge, program management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee

Qualifications

• Experience in leave administration and benefits management for a large employer.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and related compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to design and optimize benefit programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leave of Absence and benefits program management across US & Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, Risk, and Finance to deliver programs.
• Oversee compliance, audits, and reporting for state and federal requirements.
• Develop training materials and communicate policy changes to managers.
