Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Leave & Benefits Coordinator in the Portland area to oversee leave programs, accommodations, and benefits administration. You will partner with HR leadership to enhance compliance and employee experience, acting as the subject matter expert on leave and accommodations.

Qualifications include 3+ years in leaves/benefits, FMLA expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ADP and HRIS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering leaves of absence, accommodations, and employee benefits.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, leave administration, workplace accommodations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leave programs including FMLA, Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave, and related leave administration.
• Coordinate workplace accommodations and oversee the interactive process.
• Monitor leave balances, employee eligibility, return-to-work processes, and compliance requirements.
• Support benefits administration, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and benefit continuation programs.
• Analyze program data and implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery and compliance.
• Develop employee communications and educational resources related to leave, accommodations, and benefits.
