Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Benefits, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of Benefits, HR, Finance, or related experience.
• Experience with Leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, state laws).
• Experience with payroll and external vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake, eligibility verification, and tracking of leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
• Coordinate return-to-work and reasonable accommodations.
• Maintain confidential employee files and certifications.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and HR partners.
• Prepare and file required regulatory reports (CA EDD, etc.).
