Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of benefits, HR, finance, or related work experience.
Associate's degree with 4+ years of benefits, HR, finance, or related work experience.
High School diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of benefits, HR, finance, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

Process leave requests including intake, eligibility checks, and tracking.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, ADA, state laws).
Manage case documentation, notices, and confidential files.
Coordinate return-to-work with accommodations and modified schedules.
Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and external leave vendors.
Advise employees and leadership on leave policies with empathy.
