Job summary

Jobgether partner company in the United States seeks an Associate Director of Learning Experience & Platforms to shape enterprise learning technology strategy and deliver engaging, scalable experiences across the organization.

You will govern LMS and digital learning ecosystems, drive platform transformations, and collaborate with vendors and partners to translate needs into effective digital solutions. This leadership role emphasizes AI, analytics, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, digital platforms, or related.
• Management experience: at least 2 years managing people or teams.
• Enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or major platform transformation experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or Docebo.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms and complex digital ecosystems.
• Ability to lead complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning technology strategy with governance and standards.
• Oversee LMS strategy, administration, performance, and improvements.
• Lead platform transformation, evaluation, vendor selection, and migration efforts.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions and assess functionality, UX, adoption, and cost.
• Establish standards to simplify learning delivery and improve accessibility.
• Monitor AI, automation, personalisation, and analytics for value.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance and ROI; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for learning experience and technology initiatives across teams.
