Jobgether is seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive design across connected platforms on a full-time, remote basis. The role focuses on shaping intuitive experiences for frontline employees, managers, and admins, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

You will lead design direction, strengthen design systems, and ensure high-quality experiences from concepts to implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading design direction for a digital product.
• A portfolio link or PDF demonstrating shipped digital product must be included.

Aufgaben

• Lead design direction for assigned product areas, aligning customer needs with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design polished interfaces with strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and accessibility for complex learning and administrative workflows.
• Create sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate behavior and validate decisions.
• Apply UX principles to journeys, navigation, and task flows including permissions and errors.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and design patterns across products.
• Collaborate with Product and research partners throughout the lifecycle; refine designs based on usability findings.
• Partner with Engineering to address platform capabilities and review implementations for usability.
• Lead design reviews and mentor fellow designers through feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate with designers across teams and external contractors to maintain consistency.
• Contribute to converging multiple products into a cohesive experience.
