Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites. You will direct 2-5 crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s high standards.

The role covers basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation support, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. You will prepare equipment, maintain schedules, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate various vehicles.
• BrightView Equipment certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and service quality.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate work, and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Log crew time and track equipment usage; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members to improve performance.
